Avenues available for Grievance Redressal

Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) is an apex Indian governmental body created in 1964 to address governmental corruption. It has the status of an autonomous body, free of control from any executive authority, charged with monitoring all vigilance activity under the Central Government of India, advising various authorities in central Government organizations in planning, executing, reviewing and reforming their vigilance work. Public Grievances

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances is the nodal agency of the Government of India for administrative reforms as well as redressal of public grievances relating to the states in general and those pertaining to Central Government agencies in particular.

Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) Portal

Any citizen can file your grievance online with the Central Government Ministries, Departments and various State Government Departments through http://pgportal.gov.in/ . This service is provided by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances. Users can lodge grievances, get reminder or clarification on past grievances and check the status of already lodged complaints.
