ICAR-CIWA, Bhubaneswar hold the Farm Women/Farmers Interaction Programme

The Farmwomen/Farmers’–Scientists Interaction was held at ICAR-Central Institute for Women in Agriculture, Bhubaneswar on 25th April, 2015 during the exposure visit of 30 participants (Producer Group members) from Kendrapara district sponsored by TRIPTI, Government of Odisha. In the beginning, the Director, Dr. S. K. Srivastava addressed the visitors by highlighting the importance of the Institute for the women in agriculture followed by interaction between Farmwomen/Farmers-cum-Scientists with question answers. The programme was coordinated by Dr Sabita Mishra, Principal Scientist of ICAR-CIWA, Bhubaneswar.
